Urgent Safety Notice

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately. Reports to SyncPlay should not replace urgent emergency action.

1Our Standard

SyncPlay has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

Any user who engages in this conduct, attempts to facilitate it, or shares content connected to it may be permanently removed from the platform and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

2What Is Prohibited

Users may not use SyncPlay to:

• Upload, store, request, share, or promote CSAM or any sexualized content involving minors. • Groom, manipulate, lure, or sexually exploit a minor. • Threaten or coerce a minor, including sextortion or blackmail. • Use the service to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children. • Impersonate a minor or misrepresent age in order to exploit other users. • Encourage, normalize, or provide instructions for sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

3Reporting And Detection

We provide mechanisms for users to report accounts, content, or behavior that may violate these standards. We also review credible reports submitted through support channels and may use internal moderation signals to investigate potential abuse.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency immediately before submitting a report to us.

4Enforcement

When we identify content or behavior that appears to violate this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove offending content. • Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account. • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law. • Report the matter to law enforcement, child safety organizations, or other appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.

5Law Enforcement And NCMEC

Where applicable, SyncPlay may report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities.

We cooperate with lawful requests related to child safety investigations.

6Age Restrictions

SyncPlay is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by our Terms and by applicable law in their jurisdiction. We may remove accounts that appear to belong to underage users or that are used to target minors.
