Request removal of your SyncPlay account data and content.

1. Delete Directly In App
Fastest option: Open SyncPlay and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This initiates deletion of profile data and private content associated with your account.
2. Alternate Request Method
If you cannot access your account, submit the request form below. Our team uses your details to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
3. Processing Timeline
Verification: up to 72 hours. Deletion completion: up to 30 days. Where required by law, limited records may be retained for compliance and fraud prevention.
